Terms of Service

By purchasing or using ClearBoosts, you agree to these terms and our policies.

Please read these terms before purchasing from ClearBoosts. By buying from us, using our website, or opening a support ticket, you agree to the rules below.

Support

  • Support is only provided through our Discord ticket system or live chat.
  • We usually reply within 15 minutes to 24 hours. In some cases, replies may take up to 48 hours.
  • We do not provide support through direct messages or phone calls.
  • Please contact support before opening a dispute, chargeback, or leaving negative feedback. Not doing so may void your warranty or result in blacklisting.

Payments

  • All payments are final unless we clearly state otherwise.
  • Overpayments, wrong amounts, wrong payment notes, or payments sent incorrectly may be treated as donations and may not be refunded.
  • Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting support first may result in a permanent blacklist and cancellation of your order.
  • Some payments may be held for verification for up to 21 days. We may refuse or cancel a payment if we cannot verify that it is legitimate.
  • We will never ask for sensitive information such as your credit card statement, government ID, or private banking documents. If someone asks for this while claiming to represent us, report it in our Discord.
  • New customers or higher-risk payments may be limited to 2 card or PayPal purchases per month for the first 21 days to 3 months.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds are not provided unless we clearly state otherwise.
  • Replacements may be given if the issue was directly caused by ClearBoosts.
  • Refunds or replacements may be denied if:
    • You did not follow the instructions.
    • You provided wrong order information.
    • You changed server settings, invites, passwords, tokens, or account details after delivery.
    • You misused the product.
    • The issue was caused by Discord, your location, your billing country, or account restrictions.
    • The product was revoked, removed, banned, patched, or limited by Discord.
    • You submitted the claim too late.
    • The product was already delivered correctly.
  • Warranty claims must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
  • You may need to provide clear proof, such as screenshots, invoice ID, account status, server status, or unedited video proof.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery.
  • Processing fees may not always be refundable.

Delivery

  • We try to deliver all orders within the shown timeframe.
  • Delivery may be delayed because of payment checks, stock issues, Discord limits, server restrictions, technical problems, or other issues outside our control.
  • If the delay or issue is caused by ClearBoosts, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Server Boosts

  • Anti-raid, verification, join filters, and strict security systems must be disabled before delivery.
  • You must provide a valid, permanent, and unrestricted invite link.
  • 1 month boosts usually last around 25 to 31 days.
  • 3 month boosts usually last around 80 to 90 days.
  • Boosts cannot be moved to another server after delivery.
  • We cannot control Discord boost removals, account bans, server restrictions, or revocations. If Discord removes or blocks boosting accounts, replacements are not guaranteed.

Nitro Tokens and Discord Nitro

  • Tokens are delivered in Email : Password : Token format unless stated otherwise.
  • Tokens are checked before restocking and are not reused or resold by us.
  • Tokens are not personal accounts. Do not log into them manually unless instructed.
  • 1 month Nitro usually lasts around 25 to 31 days.
  • 3 month Nitro usually lasts around 80 to 90 days.
  • Discord may revoke Nitro or tokens at any time. Replacements are not guaranteed.
  • Captcha may be required, and we do not provide captcha-solving support.
  • Logging into tokens, changing credentials, or using unsafe tools voids the warranty.

Aged Accounts

  • Aged accounts are sold as-is unless stated otherwise.
  • No refunds are provided for aged accounts.
  • Replacements may only be given if the account is invalid on delivery or reclaimed before use.
  • Changing the password, email, token, recovery details, or any login information voids the warranty.
  • Original login details must stay unchanged to be eligible for replacement.

Discord Members

  • Discord members are mainly for increasing server member count.
  • Members may leave, become inactive, or be removed by Discord at any time.
  • No replacements are provided unless clearly stated.
  • If delivery is interrupted because you changed permissions, removed the bot, changed the invite, enabled verification, or restricted the server, the order may be void.

Discord Tools and Bots

  • Tools, bots, scripts, or software are provided as described at the time of purchase.
  • Updates may be provided, but we cannot guarantee that tools will keep working forever if Discord changes or patches something.
  • No compensation is provided for downtime, patches, bugs, security issues, or Discord changes.
  • Lifetime access means access for as long as the product or service is active and supported by ClearBoosts.
  • You may not resell, leak, share, or redistribute tools without our permission.

Products and Pricing

  • Prices, stock, features, and availability may change at any time.
  • Product descriptions may include important requirements, delivery details, limits, and exceptions. You are responsible for reading the full product description before purchase.
  • We may update, pause, or remove products whenever needed.
  • Using our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy

  • We only collect information needed to process orders, prevent fraud, verify payments, and provide support.
  • This may include your name, billing address, email, Discord username or ID, IP address, order details, payment details, and support messages.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, crypto processors, or similar services. These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for entering correct order information.
  • You are responsible for making sure your server, account, invite link, permissions, and settings allow delivery.
  • You are also responsible for reading the product description and following the instructions before and after purchase.

Service Restrictions

  • We may refuse service to anyone.
  • We may cancel orders, blacklist users, or remove access if there is fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, chargebacks, misuse, or violation of these terms.

  • Discord is a third-party platform. We are not responsible for Discord bans, removals, outages, restrictions, revocations, updates, or policy changes.
